Common questions
Can you run cable in a building that's already finished?
Yes. We fish cable through walls and ceilings and use surface raceway only where there's no clean path, keeping patching and mess to a minimum.
Cat6 or Cat6A, which should I get?
Cat6 handles most offices well. Cat6A is worth it for longer runs, 10-gig equipment or high-power PoE devices like some access points and PTZ cameras. We'll recommend based on your site.
Can I watch my cameras from my phone?
Yes. We set up the recorder and the viewing app, and show you how to check live and recorded footage before we leave.
Do you work with the equipment I already have?
Often, yes. We'll check what's there, reuse what's in good shape and tell you plainly what should be replaced.
Can you work after hours?
We can schedule around your business hours to keep downtime low. Ask about it when you request a quote.
